John Boamah

Hello all. I'm a chiropractor and Army veteran currently living in Charlotte, NC I'm also a real estate investor primarily specializing in wholesaling and buy and hold using creative financing. I've been active in real estate investing since 2015. I own some property overseas and done some bird-dogging for other investors. My immediate goal is to house hack and purchase a multi-family property within the next 6 months and increase my monthly deal flow by 50 percent. Looking to network and partner with other wholesalers, rehabbers, and other investors on potential future deals and projects. I look forward to connecting and getting any advice along the way to help with the process.
