John Bouchard

I am a passionate real estate investor who loves learning about new markets. Currently, I am invested in in Avon, Colorado near Beaver Creek ski resort. I received my Colorado Real Estate license in 2015. I successfully rehabbed a home in Key West, FL which is currently short-term rent. In addition, I have been passively investing in rehabs in the greater Burlington Vermont area. I currently live in Black Mountain, NC. I am looking to meet up, learn from local investors, and build some relationships. If anyone has a deal in the Asheville area and needs financing or would like to partner on a project, I would be more than happy to discuss. Please reach out!
