MBA, BS Engineering, certificate from Turner School of Construction Management. Developing in Cincinnati (OTR mostly) for 4 years with $1.5M in assets renovated. Looking for investors that care about strong returns (12%+ annually) but also good design, historic preservation and community. I ride my bicycle, motorcycle, travel a lot and love architecture.
