I started out flipping Fixer Uppers in the early 90s in South Florida part-time, while working full-time in the Hospitality industry. I've always enjoyed the real estate business, I guess because I come from a Developer/Contractor family. After living in Southern New Jersey, Philadelphia, South Florida & Southern California during my career in Hospitality, I decided to make the change and become a licensed Real Estate agent in NJ, PA & CA. I did this for a couple reasons, to help with my own RE investing, to network with other like-minded individuals, and coming from Hospitality, to help people, whether it be buying, selling or wanting to start investing themselves.
