About myself
I am a newbie investor and really want to get my feet wet by purchasing my first small multi-family units, wholesaling, and/or fix and flipping properties. However, I do not presently possess the financial means nor credit standing to facilitate my investment goals. Can anyone give me some sage advice or assistance to help me achieve my goals???
