John Campbell

Hello! My name's John and I'm very new to the real estate investing world. I live in central California am just starting my real estate investment journey. I purchased my first house back in 2010ish and lucked out with the market tremendously. It was a house that needed a good amount of fixing but I was happy to work on my very own place. I'd always liked the idea of investment properties and have learned a lot over the years. This year I was left my fathers house and after renovating most of it I'm happy to say that it is now being rented. I feel like I've learned as much as I can on my own and still have a lot more to learn so I'm here to help where I can but mostly learn as much as I can to try and build a portfolio of my own.
