I am a civil engineer living with my wife and two girls in central PA. I specialize in geotechnical engineering and work for a contractor that installs drilled foundations for buildings, bridges, and other large structures. I have always been interested in real estate and am finally taking steps to start investing. Experience: My only experience in real estate is with the house that my wife and I live in. Single family home with a conventional 30-year mortgage. Real Estate Goals: Acquire one rental property and complete at least one flip in 2018. In the long term I plan to acquire additional rental properties that will provide enough positive cash flow to cover all of my family's living expenses.
