Background: Entrepreneur, real estate investor, and family-man. Born and raised in Maine but have been living in New York at least part time for ~6 years. I reside in New York City with my fiancé, and will likely continue to rent to live here and invest outside of NY state. However, I still have a lot to learn, so my strategy may change by the time by current lease is up. Interests/Skillset: Currently analyzing and wholesaling small multi-family properties, (Buy/hold, fix/flip, cash/debt financing, BRRR strategy) in the Hartford Area, CT. I’m currently looking to network with cash buyers and investors who are looking for deals, to build a contact list. Although, I am certainly open to all anyone who’s interested in networking! Future Plans: After gaining experience through wholesaling and deal analysis, I plan to utilize my network to purchase my own high cash-flowing multi-family properties in the CT area. I will definitely be utilizing the BRRR method to leverage debt and cash flow.
