I am an engineer with a business mindset and an aspiration for creating efficient and profitable businesses. I am currently working as an engineering consultant in NYC and own/manage 5 units in NY and IN. I also closed on a duplex in Oswego NY with partners and have been managing since May 2019. Experience: I know the Kingston and New Paltz market well and I bought my first property in Kingston in 2016. I am currently experimenting with direct mail and looking for more deals. Real Estate Goals: I would like to build a portfolio of single and multifamily house. Eventually I would like to move up to larger multifamily units. Currently Seeking: Single and Multi-Family properties in Ulster County, NY. I am also interested in partnerships for larger multifamily Projects.
