I am a moderately new investor of 3 years with 3 residential buy and hold deals under my belt. I pulled the trigger in 2015 and purchased my first property in June 2015. Purchased a second in September 2016, third in October 2017. I am currently looking to continue growing my buy and hold portfolio while moving to the next step in my RE education of multifamily investing. Real Estate Goals: Acquire up to 10 buy and holds within 5 years while keeping steady reserves, and acquire small MF properties to gain experience and credibility in order to bring on private investors and partners to purchase 50 to 500 units complexes. Currently looking to network with local investors, experienced and newbies alike, to share experiences and develop working relationships.
