Nitin John Abraham

I am an Architect by education and spent almost 15 years in the Commercial and Hi-tech construction industry as a Project Manager for a large General Contractor in the San Francisco Bay Area. Over the last few years I transitioned into Construction Management consulting for Hi-Tech companies. This transition has provided my time to pursue my passion for residential real estate. Over the last 2+ years I have jumped into buy and hold rentals and I am slowly building a portfolio of Long term rentals in the Kansas City, MO area. Currently at 30 doors and counting. I have also started investing in Norther California and have 1 LTR duplex and 7 Doors for STR on the AirBNB and VRBO market with my partner. I am currently looking for small multifamily properties to expand my portfolio into other markets.
