We started Khone Group LLC in 2013 with our 1st duplex that we house hacked. We rented the top unit and lived on the bottom for the 2 years. Next we moved to single family homes and it was quite a journey and learning experience that we gain so much value. The first one is usually the toughest when you are starting out new. Through many mistakes, we became better investors and we added more single family homes to our portfolio. Now we are ready to acquire storage units or mobile home parks as our next investment. I enjoy listening to Bigger Pockets and Rich Dad podcast while driving to work, then I found my passion in Commercial Real Estate. I love studying real estate and excited to learn all there is to know about Commercial Real Estate which has became my obsession.
