I'm a single family, buy and hold investor. I'm also interested in small to medium sized multifamily. I got started in RE by living in a cramped apartment with 3 other roommates in order to save the downpayment for my first deal. I then bought a home and moved in with other roommates in order to save for my next deal. I repeated this every year for about 6 years. 4 years ago, because of RE investing, I was able to take a year off from working and focus on teaching myself how to program, something that I had been interested in for awhile. I landed my first job as a Software Developer about 3 years ago and I love it. I mostly create web and mobile apps, but I'm also interested in IOT and connecting things together. Family is the most important thing to me. I'm married and have two young girls.
