Born and raised in SoCal. Always been interested in REI but never thought I was in a position to make the move with prices how they are in SoCal. I worked for a major property management and investment management software company for over 5 years so I have a pretty solid understanding of the business and how the numbers work for real estate investments. I currently work for the top renter screening solution. My wife also was a general manager for a 700+ unit high rise in San Diego prior to being a stay at home mom. Looking for mentors, advice, potential partnership deals. RE Goals: I'm actively looking to buy my first investment property as well as find partners to help lower the learning curve.
