I’m an active duty military pilot who’s looking to build passive income through some real estate. I bought three LTRs in the Panhandle of Florida from 2014-2016...before I had ever even heard of Bigger Pockets. I built my own spreadsheets to try and analyze deals and each one got progressively better than the last. My goal was simply to pay each of them off by the time I left the military to create some post-military flexibility with job options. Fast forward to late 2019, when I found myself with a little bit of time and money and discovered BP. I ventured into STRs in the spring of 2020. I own a cabin in Pigeon Forge and bought a beach home in Destin that I’ll look to turn into a STR in a few years. I love learning and adventures and my recent real estate kick has them both in spades! In my real life, I’m married with four young kiddos. I love CrossFit, running, motorcycles, triathlons, trucks, elk hunting, and about 38 other things.
