Are willing to invest in their property- we refuse to allow the reputation we've built to be tarnished by a property owner who lacks a long-term view on their property. This includes cutting corners on permitting and failing to deploy capital to maintain their investment. 3. Are located within the perimeter in Atlanta- we've recently scaled back geographically in order to better serve our owner partners as well as our residents. 4. Have properties that are 10-100 units in size- we've developed systems that bring efficiency to a segment of the market that is notoriously inefficient.
