John Thomasson

Born and raised in Lynchburg! My main focus currently is working on building up a rental portfolio, gaining RE inspection experience, and building an efficient pm system. I am co-owner of Cheatham Home Inspections, actively working in the business, as well as managing 65 employees in 12 states for a different company owned by a friend of mine. I would like to replace 80% of my income with rental property within the next six years so that my wife and I can travel more often start a fam!
