How did I become a Real Estate Investor? In 2013 I joined a real estate club called New Wealth Advisors Club. They are not a hotel guru like so many I had been to before. The club brings together link-minded people face-to-face and an environment conducive to learning. The club allows experienced and newbie investors to come together to partner on deals. As an active member since 2013, not only did I (and still do) receive their training, I embraced the core concepts of what bringing morals and integrity can do for your business. I used to know zero absolutely about real estate. It was the most daunting experience to let go of any skepticism I had and put faith in something I knew nothing about. In the years we have been at the club, we have closed many deals, made enough money to quit our jobs, and now how our own REI company. We specialize in foreclosure, but to actually help homeowners find a solution to their problem, rather than see them as our next dollar. We touch the life's of so many people and help them through very difficult situations, and celebrate when we help a homeowner save their house, even when it means making no money.... imagine that.... From short-sale to fix 'n' flips, to wholesaling and buy and hold. My knowledge in the real-estate industry and the strategies required during different seasons has increased 1000 fold, and I continue to be part of the group that helped me see my true potential. I continue to surround myself with some of the best brains in real-estate and work with like-minded investors serving a common goal. My aim in life is to retire earlier than the average having lived a fulfilling life that helped me to help others. I never thought I would achieve this but as a Real-Estate Investor I have made it, and with a level of integrity and morals that you don't see very often in this business, thanks to the culture of our club.
