John Spellman

Hello my name is John Spellman I brought my first Multi Unit property in 2018 using the house hacking method I learned from the biggerpockets podcast and I became a licensed realtor in 2021. When I brought my property It started out as a way to save money but I want to invest in more Multi Unit property. Being an owner of an investment property truly opened my eyes to property investing and I'm looking to be financial free in the next 4 years. Lastly I created a real estate investment business in May 2019 and we are currently working on our building business credit to qualify for a business loan or a business line of credit. My goal is to acquire investment properties under our business name so we are looking to learn and connect with conventional lenders, hard money lenders, realtors, and other investors who are seasoned in the market.
