Investing newbie in sales for a commercial flat roofing contractor with some roofing knowledge. I'm currently still in the learning stages of REI. Reading bigger pockets books, listening to the podcast, analyzing deals, finding the best options for financing. Would love to get more entrenched in the local REIA and any meetups to help gain a wealth of knowledge. My goal for 2019 is to invest in my first property! Whether that be, a fix and flip/BRRR/Househack/long term rental. I want this year to be the year I take the bull by the horns!
