I am very much a "roll up my sleeves and get to work" kind of a guy. If it is a new challenge I go for it. If it is a formula that works, I adopt it into my bag of tricks. I philosophically believe that there are ALWAYS multiple solutions to every problem and that every adversity carries with it the seed of an equal or greater opportunity.
