I have been in the residential development industry for over 20 years, managing residential development projects for homebuilders and apartment developers. I'm also a licensed Real Estate Broker and General Contractor and have owned and operated a Real Estate Brokerage, a Development Consulting Firm, and a construction company. Experience: As a development professional, I've managed entitlements, construction, and sales of residential production home and apartment building projects. As a real estate broker, I've owned and operated and residential retail brokerage; and as a general contractor, I've rehabbed single family homes for a non-profit housing company. Real Estate Goals: I want to build an income property portfolio while also developing single and multi-family properties.
