I have lived on the North side of Chicago all my life and invest a lot in the 60618, 60647 and 60622 area codes. I have been a Real Estate Investor for over 15 years and it is my passion. I mainly buy and hold apartment buildings ranging from 5 to 8 units. I have also flipped single family homes and built high end new construction homes from the ground up. I am a licensed general contractor and experienced real estate investor. Over the past 15 years, I have developed a well-rounded expertise in commercial and residential real estate, particularly in the areas of financial and deal analysis, negotiation, transaction structures and the rehabilitation of multifamily properties. Also, as a Co-Founder of a real estate brokerage, we are able to oversee the property management arm of the business under one house.
