I am a real estate and corporate transactions attorney. I practiced in NYC with one of the largest legal real estate groups in the city for 2 years and I began practicing in Salt Lake City at Kirton McConkie in 2017. I have advised clients on deals ranging in size from $150,000 to $1.5 billion. I'm interested in assisting large institutional clients and individual investors building their real estate business. Real Estate Goals: My real motivation for joining BP is to begin investing in real estate. Having worked as a real estate attorney in one of NYC's largest and most sophisticated real estate practices, I have a unique perspective to real-estate-specific legal issues and transactional processes. As opportunities arise I would like to find investment partners and network with others in the BP community. Currently Seeking: I'm looking for investors that are great at finding deals, but need an equity partner with between $25,000-$200,000 to invest in those deals with them.
