After working graduating from college with an Electrical Engineering degree I found my passion. I like working outside and fixing homes is a natural gift. I did my first rehab and rent project while I was in college studying and working part time at Hughes Engineering in Long Beach. I have rehabbed 25 homes over the years. I normally hold for at least two years for the tax benefit renting and selling . Lost everything in 2009 and moved to an island for 6 years. Now I'm back in the game and learning how much thing have changed .
