Jonathan J. Alfonso, Esq. has extensive experience working with private equity groups, family offices and investors through the life cycle of real estate investments. During this time, Mr. Alfonso has advised clients on over 1,500 online Clerk of Court acquisitions and has underwritten thousands of potential acquisitions with transaction volume over $200 million.
