Hi everyone, my name is Jon. I am starting my life all over again at 50. I live just south of Tampa. I want to learn from real estate investors how to get started in the business. I have renovated properties for nearly fifteen years. I know all the ins and outs of rehab but I have no knowledge on how to find and buy the property. I have just gone through a divorce and I am penniless. I know that real estate is a great way to get back on my feet again. I have a love and passion fir real estate but I want to learn the right way.
