I am an aspiring real estate investor looking to purchase a multi-family property requiring minimal maintenance prior to renting at market rates in a sustained and growing suburban area that qualifies for conventional financing with $50,000 down payment. Ideally, the property produces an annual return of 15% on my investment with monthly cash flow $200. (This is a work in progress in attempt to focus my goals to start investing.)
