Rental Property Investor
Newest kid on the block when it comes to real estate investing. I have one door, the condo I currently live in with my wife and son. I worked for 5 years as a rental leasing agent in Chicago and left the 100% commission life for a 9-5 Salary in project management. Now i'm yearning to be the guy that I used to work for, the Landlord. I'm spending my time learning and trying to convince my wife that financial freedom is worth the risk. Any friends in Chicago that are looking to mentor are much appreciated.😄
