Håfa Adai and Hello! I consider myself still an amateur in the realm of real estate investing and looking forward to all of the knowledge and experience(s) I'll gain so that I can be more proficient and efficient along the way. I truly value knowledge/education as the foundation of any skill and I'm grateful to be able to access its availability wherever and whenever possible. I'm not only interested in my local market but stateside and internationally as well. I have two properties (raw land) in northern Arizona that I'd like to build on/develop one day and in May of 2021, I purchased my first multi-unit property (duplex) with my VA loan on Guam. My goal is to buy and hold as many SFH and (small) multi-unit properties as I can acquire and continue to grow over time.
