Endgame. - Purchase great properties and support improvement communities along with meeting and collaborating with intelligent entrepreneurs and mentors/mentees along the way - Eventually build to a portfolio of ~50 cash-flowing units supporting amazing tenants/families/communities while reaching financial independence (team #FIRE), for my wife and I, and our future family. - Influencing, mentoring others organically to #takeaction and be the best form of themselves.
