I've always had a fascination with real estate. However, I've never felt I had the time or resources to do anything about it. Then recently I had a property that became an accidental rental that I was losing money on monthly; I sold the property and walked away with a very small amount of capital I want to reinvest. So I found this blog/podcast and now realize that I do have the time and a serious interest in the business. So here I am! Newbie since 2015
