Jonny Jeppsen

Hey, Jonny here I am a 39 yrs old, married to my wonderful wife Jen for 19 yrs. we have 6 wonderful children ages 18 to 4.I have been in the construction industry for 23 yrs. I have done everything from project management to general contracting. I currently own and run a company that does tile and hardwood installations in high end homes. I have owned this company for 12 yrs. I also do some renovations and GCing to keep things interesting. This spring I partnered with a friend on my first flip. Bought it for 180,000 50,000 in the rehab and carrying costs. And sold It two months later for 280,000. It was a lot of work, but I loved every minute of it! This opened my eyes to the world of real estate investing. And I have been studying it since then. I am now ready to dive in. I am at the place in my life where I see the value of a passive residual income. I want to create a life with more flexibility and time for my family. I have always been able to make money but have never made more time. And I am now seeing that as my most precious resource. I am here to learn, network and if I can help others. I think my talents and skill set transfer well into this space. And I look forward to getting to know many of you all. Thanks, Jonny
