I just finished school at BYU Dec' 2016. My wife and I are house-hacking our first duplex here in Utah county and are working to get our second. I'm a marketer by profession and hoping those skills can help me become a successful real estate investor. Experience: Experienced property Manager. Duplex owner. Professional Real Estate Photographer www.urep.photos Real Estate Goals: I started a blog that mentions some of my goals at http://jrbrealestateinvesting.blogspot.com/ just as a place to gather all this information I have been learning. Short term goals are to be in an owner occupied multi-family by December '15 Currently Seeking: Connections. I just want to meet all the people I can. Specifically I would love to meet up with someone looking to share their story, the things the work and the things that don't.
