Jordan Copeland

My name is Jordan Copeland. I am 24 years old and recently graduated college with an engineering degree, currently a remote employee. I am about to move to Denver for an office relocation in the summer of 2021 (around June). I am pursuing my first rental property and looking to invest in my first home. I plan on using the house hacking strategy and rent out by the room to eliminate my biggest expense, rent. The way I see to do that is through REI. I am more than willing to connect. I want to begin building a portfolio in the Denver market, a place to call home.
