I've lived in West Virginia my entire life. Graduated from West Virginia University in 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering. Took a job as a Supervisor at UPS in 2013 where I worked for 3 years until I decided that working up the corporate ladder wasn't for me. I quit a cozy salaried position to start a real estate investing company with one of my best friends in March 2017. Haven't looked back. Experience: Virtually zero experience with real estate until starting my company in March 2017. I have a lot to learn and any advice is GREATLY appreciated. Real Estate Goals: Build my business from the ground up and create financial freedom within 15 years of my first deal (March 30, 2017). Clean up the community where I was raised by restoring distressed properties to their glory days. Provide updated, clean homes for new families to start their lives in. Network with others so I can travel and do deals in other cities around the country. Currently Seeking: Looking for private and hard money lenders to fund deals in the Charleston, WV area. Looking for investors seeking turn key rental properties priced between $40,000-$75,000 that generate rent between $500-1000/month. Most of our deals are above the 1% rule and closer to 2% when considering purchase price to rent ratio.
