Hey I'm Jordan and I just graduated from college with a degree in Economics. I am currently in the process of getting my Real Estate Salesperson License and I am also highly interested in investing. I have always had a passion for Real Estate beginning at a young age of about 12, when my dad bought his first condo. The simple fact that you could buy a property, live there if you please, or rent it out and make passive income was fascinating to me. And yet if you would have asked me what passive income meant at the time I wouldn't have been able to tell you. But at that time I remember thinking of how I would execute this plan, I thought, when I am 18 I will buy my first property andfrom then on I will buy properties for the rest of my life. But instead when I was 17 I pursued a dream of football always keeping my mind on the idea of Real Estate Investement. And now that my student-athelte career is over it is time to put all of the hardwork and dedication to another passion of mine. Real Estate!
