I come from the acquisitions side of the business and spent years leading purchases for a national platform that owned over 10,000 homes and more than $2B in assets. We were buying, renovating, and holding several hundred million in single family homes each year, so I understand the challenges investors face when trying to scale, underwrite properly, and structure deals the right way. Now I work on the financing side and help investors and homeowners line up the right loans for what they are trying to do. I can help with DSCR, bridge, fix and flip, construction, refinance loans, but more importantly, I understand how the numbers need to work from an operator’s perspective.
