About myself
I started wholesaling in 2015 after quitting a corporate job. While living in a small town in Montana I did deals in several markets virtually and generated half a million in assignments before adding in buy and hold. Primary strategy has been multi family with creative financing. Lease options. Subject To, Seller Financing and private money. Moved to Canton late 2020 with my wife and our son to pursue real estate further.
