Jordan Spradlin

Jordan is an active duty Officer stationed at Fort Leavenworth and a homeowner of a SFH. I'm currently converting it into an up/down duplex rental property which I will be house-hacking. I'm looking forward to making connections and working with like-minded individuals to benefit us both in our real estate goals. Daniel lives and works in Los Angeles California, and is interested in short and medium-term rental properties that can be house hacked or managed from a distance. He is in a position to make a purchase within the next year and looking forward to building mutual beneficial relationships with other investors.
