I'm a highly driven individual. I'm a full time sales professional in Connecticut. I started investing in real estate as a part time investor, and later formed a company called Circle Management and investment Group LLC. We focus on investing in multifamily properties in need of repairs, we manage the renovation and the property itself for monthly cash flow. I truly believe in the concept of creating passive income and building a lucrative retirement for me and my family through real estate while providing others with great places to call home . I purchased my first deal 9 years ago. I invested in a 2 family home in Hamden, CT. I lived in one of the units and rented the second unit for 8 years. I have focused all my time and energy in the last 9 years in excelling in my professional career. However, at the beginning of 2016 I decided I was where I wanted to be in my career, I wanted to get back to real estate and pursuit my passion for rental properties. Since I have acquired and additional 6 units in CT. My goal is to acquire an additional 24 units through 3 to 12 multifamily properties over the next 2 years. I focus my investing in the towns of Hamden, West Haven, New Haven, New Britain and Meriden in Connecticut. My real estate agent introduced me to the Biggerpockets podcast. Since then I have learned an immense amount of Knowledge through the podcasts, and the real estate books referred by Josh, Brandon and their guests in the shows. I look forward to being part of biggerpockets and contributing to its community.
