I’m a Project Manager for Primetals Technologies. I manage projects, where I oversee project deliverables with a focus on schedule, budget, risk, quality, procurement and stakeholder communication. Previously, I was a Project Manager at Westinghouse Electric Company working on a first of a kind design-build nuclear power plant project. I am looking to apply my engineering and project management experience in real estate investing. Real Estate Goals: Rental Market Goals: -In 2018 I am looking to secure my first multifamily property, which is to bring $1,000 per month in positive cash flow. With this goal in mind, I am looking to develop new relationships along the way in order to build a strong team within Pittsburgh market. Non-Performing Note Investing Goals: -Close on my first two deals with my JV's. -Purchase 5 notes on my own and generate a minimum of 20% ROI on each note. -Establish and close on my first Join Venture Currently Seeking: I am looking for non performing note deals and tapes.
