I'm a newcomer to Real Estate Investing looking to network with like-minded people to expand my knowledge and hopefully lend a hand to others wherever possible. I am an accountant by trade (graduated from Rowan University), but I have been working in the construction industry for 8+ years. Being that I come from accounting, I have been able to develop a great understanding of estimating rehab/renovation costs of projects and have also learned to perform a lot of the work myself. I am also a REALTOR licensed in NJ and am interested in flipping/rehabbing as well as buy & hold rentals in New Jersey. My primary focus will be in Burlington & Mercer counties, but I will also be looking for deals in Camden & Monmouth counties.
