I'm a Fl native who works in IT. Since I spend 40+ hours a week in front of computer for my 9-5, I can add value to relationships, with time spent researching comps, CMA, appraisals, amenities, and other administrative duties. Since my schedule consists of 4 days on/3 days off that gives me 3 days a week to scout and document/photograph potential properties & projects, and provide real time video/photo feedback to partners and investors at remote locations. My projection and intent as a REI novice is to partner, JV, apprentice, intern with people with more experience or resources in exchange for the time I have available to investigate, analyze, document, market and arrange projects or investments. There's no specific constraints on what I wish to accomplish in real estate, however starting with SFH, Multi Family, Buy & Hold, BRRRR are my current focus.
