I am full time tech professional who got into real-estate to build wealth and generate passive income. Still a rookie, and started investing only in 2019. I currently own a portfolio of 4 longterm rentals and one STR in hudson county. I also project managed my first gut renovation project and have been baptized in the processes of the jersey city permits department. Happy to help fellow professionals who want to generate stable passive income and build generational wealth. Have experience with property managers, contractors, architects and dealing with town officials. Looking out for other BRRR projects in hudson county..
