Joseph King

As co-founder and executive director of the Revival Brothers (RB), Mr. King has transformed the company from a rehab business into a real estate investment company full of unique opportunities, resources, and infrastructure. Mr. King has expanded product and services to include, joint venture and passive cashflow opportunities to pre-qualified investors. He has also developed a “trusted” trading platform for Note and REO assets. Inside and outside the office, Mr. King can be found networking, creating strategic alliances, and partnering with companies of integrity. In his efforts to expand RB, he co-founded an event company called LOI Events where RB co-hosts workshops, webinars, and masterminds. He has strategically scheduled RB as a sponsor at multiple real estate events across the nation and continues to grow their network through speaking events. He has started a local meetup group focused on analyzing and trading assets, has written and posted multiple articles, started the RB newsletters, and spearheaded the development of RB’s flagship investment tool IPA (Ideal Project Analyzer). This tool has become a company symbol, embodying RB’s investment strategies while transparently illustrating risk assessments and profit margins. Mr. King is also responsible for the Revival Brother’s infrastructure, where the technology alone would make any business owner envious. He has established workflows, templates, organization, agendas, and structure to streamline day to day production. Mr. King continues to expand the company with one goal in mind, to quickly identify, analyze, acquire, manage, and close on distressed residential assets. Under Mr. King’s direction, the Revival Brothers portfolio has expanded from the West Coast of North America to the East Coast.
