I’m 19 and am looking to reach financial freedom through real-estate investing. I’m more favorable of the rental property side of real-estate. My mother is a mortgage lender and my dad works in tech. Both have done flips, rental properties and have passed they’re knowledge on to me. I have no excuse not to succeed in realestate investing hence why I’m looking to start as soon as possible. Of course there are a few things holding me back....I need to finish college and I need money (common problem that I know the solution to but just need time) If anyone reading this has advice or opportunities they’d like to share please do!
