Hello, I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Joey Lane, I'm 21 years old and a Mission Viejo native. I am a former college baseball and high school football player, an avid stand-up paddle boarder and a dedicated REALTOR® aligned with HOMZ Real Estate. I am currently working out of our office in Mission Viejo, CA. Family and friends have labeled my characteristics in the past as someone that they can trust. Someone who they know will keep their word and someone who is never late. Never. I always answer my phone, if I don’t I will return phone calls the same day guaranteed. They would also say that I am always positive even if the situation doesn’t call for it. I will always look at things that may seem bad and find a way to cure them. I have a personal habit too of this; if something is not right or does not seem right, I want them fixed or I will not be able to sleep. To me, everything has to make sense in order to be good, if not then I will go above what is expected for the answer. I am a very hands-on person and very knowledgeable about the Southern OC area. The people closest to me mean so much to me, and it’s those people that I would do anything for. I would like to make you one of those people. I have aligned myself with HOMZ real estate to maximize my marketing expertise and service our clients in a more personal setting, Homz is considered a new up and coming agency in Southern OC and has the experienced agents in the office to show for it. Homz opened their doors in 2019 at their new office located at 26421 Crown Valley Pkwy #200, Mission Viejo, CA 92691. Homz is equipped with its own escrow company, staging company and has connections to the best lenders, title reps, and all other services needed in real estate with just a phone call. In all honesty, I cannot say that I have the most sales in Orange County or even provide you with a list of my past sales to show you my time in this business. I can say when it comes to selling or buying a home, you should have an agent that is extremely dedicated and motivated. There is not going to be another agent in this area that is more motivated than me to make this happen. I have so much riding on my current clients and their situations, that I work day and night to get my clients what they need. These opportunities that I have in front of me are going to be a huge reflection on my future as an agent, that is why people who work with me and their situations mean so much to me. I will go above and beyond what any other agent will do for you, just because the transactions I do mean so much to me.
