About myself
My day job is a data scientist and consultant for Fortune 500 companies. My real job is a dad and real estate investor. I buy, flip and rent on east side of Cleveland. Historically my focus has been high end single family houses. I'd love to expand my market to B+/B neighborhood in NEO area, multi-units houses. I'd love to connect with like-minded professionals. With my free time, I'm currently building a tool leveraging big data, conduct predictive analysis, help me auto-sort deals with long term cash flow and equity building.
