Rental Property Investor
My name is Joseph Ziolkowski and I am a real estate investor from Wisconsin. In central WI I currently own and manage 130 rental units with my partner. We own small multi family units ranging from a duplex up to a 42 unit apartment building. Recently I movead down to Melbourne, FL as I purchased a business in the property damage restoration space. I'm looking to connect with real estate investors in FL and begin investing here.
